What questions are you asking yourself?

Around this time a year ago, I found myself asking (myself) a lot of questions…

What is really important?

What really matters here?

How would you LOVE your life to look?

What do you really want?

What nourishes you?

What feeds your soul?

How do you want to be remembered?

What makes you come alive?

What kind of impact do you want to make in the world?

These were just a few of the questions that I found myself asking….

I ask myself…and my clients… A LOT of questions.

Questions that send me…and my clients… to a place not commonly visited.

A place where the mind doesn’t typically frequent.

A place where there are feelings and emotions.

A place that’s rich and juicy.

A place with a lot of depth and vastness.

A place of meaning and value.

A place full of ALIVENESS.

The purpose of my questions is to lead me to a place of resonance…a place of aliveness…. a place that’s juicy and rich and has a lot to explore.

Sometimes the journey to this place is quick, and other times it is slow.

Sometimes the path is clear, and other times it is hidden.

Sometimes the trip is effortless, and other times it is extremely arduous.

Sometimes the journey goes as planned and expected, and other times it is full of surprises.

No matter how long it takes, how difficult the journey, or how many surprises… the destination is ALWAYS worth it!

The destination is ALWAYS a place with more clarity, vision, and possibility.

It is ALWAYS a place with more ALIVENESS.

Which if you haven’t already gathered, is what I seek…for both myself and my clients.

This leads me back to you.

I have a few questions for you to consider:)…

What questions are you asking yourself? Are they supporting you in creating more satisfaction and fulfillment in your life? Are they connecting you to a place of aliveness?

If you discover in answering these questions honestly that your questions aren't supporting you in creating the life you want to be living, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I love asking people questions to evoke more clarity, discovery, insight, and awareness, so that they can connect to a place of aliveness within themselves and find the answers they are seeking.

P.S. I think this quote from Tony Robbins sums this post up well, “The quality of our questions determines the quality of our lives.” Here's to asking quality questions!
