I just finished unpacking the kitchen of our new place.
Our place is full of boxes.
It feels a little overwhelming.
There is a lot to unpack and organize.
One box at a time.
One step at a time.
One room at a time.
This is the approach I’m taking.
It never seems to fail me.
It is the same approach I took a year ago when I was tackling my top 2017 goals…
Minimum number of coaching clients per month,
Target number of coaching hours for the year,
Set increases to my coaching package prices,
Starting CTI’s 10-month leadership program,
AND last… but, definitely not least…
Moving to Colorado!
Yes… each one of these goals was achieved one step at a time.
It seems anything is possible when it’s broken down into baby steps.
I’m approaching my 2018 targets the same way…
Completion of CTI’s leadership program,
Starting a podcast,
Hiking the W in Patagonia,
Workshop in LA,
These are just a few of my top goals for 2018.
While all of these goals seem intimidating to me when I think about the final outcome, I know they are totally attainable if I break them down into smaller steps.
Amidst the unpacking and organizing that will be taking place over the next couple of weeks, I have time scheduled on my calendar to tackle these projects one by one and break them down into smaller, more manageable, action steps.
How about you? What are your goals for 2018? How to you approach your goals to increase your likelihood of attaining them?
